Refund policy

Bonjour Medical ("we," "us") decides refund eligibility by product. Unless a product's page or its order paperwork says otherwise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final once purchased.

Cold Compression Pro (self-pay purchase program)

  • All sales are final once purchased. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including if the wrap doesn't fit the patient, if the patient can't use it (for example, because of a cast or splint), or if the order arrives after surgery.
  • A prescription is required. Your card is approved at checkout and charged only when we receive the prescription from the patient's provider. If we don't receive it within 7 days, we cancel the order and release the hold. You are not charged, so no refund is needed. Your bank may take a few business days to remove a released hold.
  • Fit is checked before purchase. The patient's provider confirms on our prescription form that the wrap fits. If it won't fit, please don't purchase.

Other products

Any return or refund option for another product is stated on that product's page or in its order paperwork. If none is stated, the sale is final.

Defective, damaged or missing items

  • Defects are handled under the product's warranty, not as a refund. For the Cold Compression Pro, the pump is covered for 1 year and the wraps for 6 months from the purchase date. Email us before the warranty ends with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo. If the claim is approved, we send a replacement.   • If your order arrives damaged or with a missing part, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Workers' compensation and VA

Equipment provided through workers' compensation or the VA is not sold through this online store and follows that program's rules.
